David has over 15yrs of real estate experience having worked in acquisitions, construction, leasing, and management of properties in NY & CA. For over 7yrs David served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout NYC. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his clients a unique perspective. It is difficult these days to come by a Broker with such work ethic.

Calm, cool, collected, professional. A class act Broker, he did an excellent job throughout the whole process, and after everything was signed, he continued to be available to answer my new tenant questions, and even give recommendations in the area. It was apparent he was also very friendly with everyone in the building and his colleagues, maintaining great working relationships. I recently purchased my 2nd home with the guidance of David Soltero of Sereny & Soltero. Having gone through the process before with another broker when I previously purchased I was amazed at how well David understood the market, properties and overall process better than past brokers Ive dealt with. More importantly, he worked diligently to get me into homes, talk me through the process, and (at the end of the day) help me purchase my home in the LES. As if that wasn't enough David then helped me lease my home in the UES...in a week. Next time I buy, sell, or lease I know that Sereny & Soltero will be the first call I make.
